Who is this for?
Founders and senior leaders in startups and growing businesses under 150 employees. Most of my clients are managing people decisions themselves without a dedicated HR function and are starting to feel the friction of that as their team grows.
How long does each service take?
The Manager Effectiveness Diagnostic typically runs two to three weeks from first call to debrief. The Leadership and Employee Audit varies by team size but usually runs four to six weeks. Workshops are scheduled to suit your team and can be arranged within a few weeks of our initial call.
Do I need an HR team in place first?
No. Most clients come to me precisely because they do not have one. The diagnostic and audit are designed to give founders the clarity that a people function would normally provide, without the overhead of building one first.
What if my team is resistant to completing a diagnostic or audit?
It is worth a conversation before we start. I can advise on how to frame it internally so your team understands the purpose and engages honestly. Resistance is usually a signal worth paying attention to in itself.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on team size and scope. The diagnostic is a fixed rate. The audit and workshops are scoped on our first call before any commitment is made. There are no surprise costs.
Do you work outside Birmingham, Manchester and London?
For workshops, those are my three base cities with travel included in the price. I am also willing to travel to other locations across the UK and Europe. An additional travel cost applies and is agreed in advance. For diagnostics and audits, everything is handled remotely so location is not a factor.
